NidanTM is a brand owned by Healthbyte Technologies Pvt Ltd. The terms and conditions contained hereinafter (“TERMS OF USE”) are contract agreement between user and Healthbyte Technologies Private Limited. They cover your access and use of the NidanTM system offered by Healthbyte Technologies Private Limited (“Nidan” or “Healthbyte” or “WE” or “OUR” or “US”). The “Nidan system” includes NidanTM devices, its accessories, associated firmware, software, web and mobile applications, APIs, websites, products, and services.

NidanTM devices are only designed to give accurate results with accessories provided along with it. We shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever if loss or another injury occurs due to the use of accessories not supplied by us. Devices operated with accessories not supplied by us shall not be covered under warranty.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless against any losses, expenses, costs or damages (including our reasonable attorneys’ fees, expert fees’ and other reasonable costs of litigation) arising from, incurred as a result of, or in any manner related to (1) your breach of the terms of this Agreement, (2) your unauthorized or unlawful use of the website, and (3) the unauthorized or unlawful use of the website by any other person using your IDs.
Entire Agreement

Termination
Your right to access and use the website immediately terminates without further notice upon your breach of this Agreement. We may terminate this Agreement and/or your right to use the website at any time, with or without cause. Information you provide us
